At MJ Precision Testing Center & Services, our goal is to deliver accurate, timely, and high‑quality services.

All payments are non‑refundable once testing or services have been performed.

If a test cannot be completed due to laboratory error, equipment malfunction, or circumstances within our control, we will offer a complimentary retest or issue a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) business days of the original service date.

Refunds are not available for missed appointments or no‑shows.
